    Avoid salt sugar maida and imly. If u take saltless diet within two months problem gets solved. It also depends on duration of problem. Avoid having cabbage,cauliflower,baigan as they contain calcium oxolates😆for which antidote is amla in any form. Our. Elders use to eat amla chutney at beginning of food. I am 80 yrs old and follow this habit. Pl try as above.
